Lagunitas: Multi-Level Outdoor Living & Entertainment on Hillside Property

This property is built on a steep incline. In order to reclaim maximum outdoor living space from the steep terrain, we created a series of usable level spaces. The first level features a vegetable garden, the second ( main level) a spacious  outdoor living & entertainment area, a third level features a Native America sweat lodge.The main level consists of several patios and decks, with 2 Indonesian fire bowls, outdoor movie theater and a 8 person Jacuzzi.
