In this corner lot design, we thoughtfully mirrored the curve of the property line with concentric strata, ensuring a fluid and harmonious layout that respects the natural flow of the landscape. To address drought concerns, we limited the grass area and utilized steel edging, providing a clean separation between different landscaping elements while minimizing water usage.

The concrete pathways create a striking contrast against the plantings, enhancing the visual appeal of the space. In selecting the plantings, we focused on low-growing, drought-tolerant options that not only complement the overall design but also preserve the views from the porch. This design choice fosters a sense of connection with neighboring properties, reinforcing the community feel of this walkable family neighborhood.
