Making the Most of a Small Space

This project transformed an underutilized area outside a patio door, situated beneath a large deck, into a visually appealing multi-level space. The design emphasizes a bright and inviting atmosphere for relaxation and enjoyment of the picturesque hillside views.

Incorporating architectural plants was a key element of the design, skillfully chosen to maintain a balance between the natural and built environments. These plants serve not only to enhance the aesthetic appeal but also to soften the stark lines of the home's exterior, creating a harmonious blend that respects the overall structure while adding organic warmth to the setting.
